MICHAEL WOLFF, PE

Michael is the President and co-founder of PSG. In this capacity, Mike is responsible for masterminding the “processes” to supersede the goals and challenges of every assignment. He upholds quality control and “unforgettable customer service” from the PSG team. His drive and commitment serve to protect the best interests of his clients and injects significant value to the overall project. In addition, his creative delivery of integration management with consistent, quality project management services draws Fortune 500 clients with growing national portfolios like Visa USA, Lincoln Financial Advisors and Sprint/Nextel. Mike has proven leadership in the development and construction of new facilities. On average, he participates in 3 million square feet of office, mission critical projects, retail stores and other special facilities, with a total installed value exceeding $350 million each year. Mike is a registered professional engineer whose background includes engineering design, development, owner representation, and project management.

DAVID ZORGER

David is the Partner and co-founder of PSG. In this capacity, David manages the day-to-day operations of all PSG project managers and their assignments, which feature projects ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to 750,000 square feet. As the leader of these teams, he protects the best interests of the client’s goals for each assignment. He works with every project manager on an individual basis. In this way, David makes certain each assignment is meeting every objective, and that our clients are kept well informed. David brings over 25 years of experience in project management and electrical engineering experience, representing over 18 million square feet of numerous types of highly complex facilities such as mission critical facilities, research facilities, auditoria and cafeterias, offices and laboratories. His drive in developing the best technical solutions to outmoded ideas and challenging the status quo has earned him a respect amongst his peers in the construction industry.

AL SHOTWELL

Al is the Principal of Real Estate Solutions Specialists, a subsidiary of Project Solutions Group, which provides real estate consulting and transaction management to our various corporate clients.  Mr. Shotwell joined PSG after two years as Senior Vice President at Staubach Corporate Services.  He has over 35 years experience in Corporate Real Estate and has held Vice President and other leadership positions at Nextel, MCI, XO Communications, and ITT Corporation.  During his career Mr. Shotwell has developed expertise in a broad range of business economics and management skills including  strategic planning, capital planning, cost and line item accounting, real estate law, transfer pricing, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, construction, development, finance and vendor management.  He brings a broad level of experience in managing large portfolios, to individual projects and understands the needs and expectations of corporate clients.

CHRIS MEAGHER

Chris is the Managing Director of PSG’s Western Regional office and has over 20 years of construction and project management experience. During his career, he has managed over 5 million square feet of retail and commercial projects, in excess of $600 million. He has extensive experience in design, planning, technology integration, budget, schedule, team management and implementation of large-scale corporate projects. Chris’s unique background of working in real estate development and for real estate service providers allows him to manage projects from all perspectives. He has provided key input for leading global and national clients in renovating and repositioning buildings and tenant improvement projects, high- and low-rise buildings, mixed-use office, hotels and shopping centers throughout the United States.
