Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

·          Program Development

·          Budget Formulation and Monitoring

·          Planning and Design Management

·          Project Scheduling, Development and Oversight

·          Team Management and Conflict Resolution

·          Contractor, Vendor and Supplier Management and Coordination

·          Customer Service

·          Project Implementation Oversight

·          Project Close Out

 

Requirements:

 

·          Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, interior design or construction management

·          One to ten years of previous construction management experience

·          Superior interpersonal and communications skills

·          Proficiency with computers

·          Ability to manage multi-million dollar projects

·          US Citizen

These positions are located in the Washington DC and in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan areas. These positions will manage all aspects of facility services at the client site and/or from the Herndon, Virginia, based corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities include:

• Real estate planning and management Lease administration
• Strategic planning and long term goals
• Space planning relocation management
• Preventative maintenance and repair safety and code compliance (OSHA, ADA)
