· Planning and Design Management
· Project Scheduling, Development and Oversight

· Contractor, Vendor and Supplier Management and Coordination

· Project Implementation Oversight

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, interior design or construction management
· One to ten years of previous construction management experience
· Superior interpersonal and communications skills
· Proficiency with computers
· Ability to manage multi-million dollar projects
· US Citizen

An independent project/construction management firm is seeking Facility professionals for growing facility management division. These positions are located in the Washington DC and in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan areas. These positions will manage all aspects of facility services at the client site and/or from the Herndon, Virginia, based corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities include:
- Real estate planning and management Lease administration
- Strategic planning and long term goals
- Space planning relocation management
- Preventative maintenance and repair safety and code compliance (OSHA, ADA)
- Managing outsourced services and vendors
- Manage tenant improvements and capitol projects
- Records management budgeting
